• Can I put together my own Yaad Krave Package?

• Yes, add all your items to your cart to create the perfect package just for you. 
  
  
• What's the estimated delivery time to my doorsteps?

• Our standard timeline is (with exceptions for public holidays)
  * 1 day for your order to be processed.
  * 3-5 days from the shipped date.

• Can I make suggestions for products I'd like to see you offer in the future?

• We are continuously updating our inventory selection to please our awesome customers.

• Are the prices quoted in $CAD?

• Yes. Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, however, we accept numerous payment currencies and methods so you will be able to shop easily from anywhere in the world.
  
  
• Do you ship to the United States?

• Yes we do! Yaad Kraves ships care packages to WORLDWIDE. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout and select from the available shipping options.  

• Do you offer FREE shipping?

• Yes we do, we offer free shipping to all Canadian orders over $65. All other orders attract shipping fee options which can be selected at checkout.

• Do you process special orders ?

• We accommodate special orders on request.  Send us an email or private message about your request and we will handle accordingly.
  
  
• How long will it take to receive my Yaad Kraves order?

• Your shipping time will vary based on your location. You will receive tracking details for updates on your order every step of the way. Orders are delivered on average within 3-5 days.

• Does someone have to sign for my package?

• No, our courier partners do not currently require that someone sign for the package. If this changes in the future we will advise.
  
  
• Do you sell alcoholic beverages?

• Not at the moment, we are eager to begin offering Magnum, Red Stripe Light and other Jamaican alcoholic beverages. Our team will be sure to notify all our supporters once we begin.
